While only one week has gone by since the ideation week-end, the participants of the CHIC 2017-2018 edition are already back for a workshop on teamwork led by Prof. Jack Lanarès (UNIL).
Over the course of Friday evening and Saturday, students from the China and Russia streams of the Minor covered questions related to managing a team from many different perspectives, including leadership, meeting facilitation, decision-making and feedback.
In line with the CHIC way of running workshops, the format consisted of mini-lectures followed by practical exercises and reflexivity.
The next stop for the CHIC students will be the pitching workshop led by Benedict Stalder.
