Milestone 4 is often a particular moment. Pivoting is no longer really an option. The excitement of first engineering successes is replaced by the challenges of building hardware in a cross-functional team. In parallel, the identity of the devices is taking shape. Teams are also very much aware that time flies and that there (still) is quite a lot of work left to do.
With that in mind, one must admit that all teams covered a lot of ground over the past month. Levels of functionalities have increased and brands are emerging. Interviews are conducted to (in)validate hypotheses. Surprises are still on the way but, for now, kudos to all teams!
