Last week was a busy one. We managed to make the first connection between the application and the PCB. Moreover, the connection between the PCB and the brace was decided to be with magnet and spring pin. The second PCB prototype is finished and will be ordered soon.

We still have a lot of work to do, but the results are encouraging.

For the 16th week,  the 3D assembly is done by our awesome mechanical engineer and we finally receive the PCB with our two safety channels.

The team is working hard to develop the best solution for our potential users.

After winning the UBS innovation challenge the motivation is so big and the Heptabox’s implementation keeps going.

As mentioned in our last blog post, last Tuesday there was the Award Ceremony of the UBS Innovation Challenge.

All the five groups presented their project in front of the jury and the public.

At the end, the public had to vote the favorite project and with 36% of preferences we won the public award a dead heat with another group against 11% and 9%.

We participated in Transform Africa in Kigali where African Union heads of state were present. One of the themes of the summit was the technology in the agricuture. And we had to share our Tolbi concept and many decision makers encouraged us to start mass production. We are learning more and more with the CHIC milestones and hope in the ecosystem of shenzhen to be able to validate Tolbi.
