To whom it may concern
We sat down together to, once again, refine our vision for pEggy and to define its functional requirements. Some of our initial ideas were kept, some were discarded and some were improved.
With the functional requirements clearly defined it was up to the engineers to develop and agree on a first set of specifications which we will discuss with our professors this Tuesday. For many parts, we had to reach a consensus on which technologies, actuators etc. we want to use. As of now there are still some points open for discussion but we’re off to a great start.
While the engineers discussed the technical aspects of pEggy, our business expert developed some potential businesses models and value propositions.
So now we’ve got everything on track, we’re ready to head off to the first milestone!
