This week, we have made a lot of interviews. On wednesday, we have spoken with Pierre Weissenbach, the former head of care at La Source Hospital.
He worked in health care since 1974, as nurse, anesthetist and finally as director of nursing. He has also worked for the CICR.
He has seen the technological evolution with time, the problems faced by nurses, the differences between hospitals.
He recently retired early from work due to excess of stress.
We talked with him about our ideas, Pierre was very enthusiastic, he has commented it, he brought possible improvements and even gave us a new idea.
With this interview and some others, we have now a wide range of opinions concerning the work in health care.
