Who, what, where, when, why, and how? Tough questions make for robust ideas!

This weekend the Geneva team got together with all the other CHIC teams in Lausanne and we had a blast. With the expert guidance of John Fass and the CHIC mentors, we went from brainstorming to bodystorming, from cyber-jousting to analog 3D-pong. As a result of some tough questions we refined the definition of our MVP, we identified the most important risks that could threaten the success of our project, and we defined our approach for minimising these risks. We determined what we need to do to validate our desirability assumptions, and we have distributed the responsibilities according to each team member’s field of expertise. It’s the make or break moment for our project in it’s curent form. We need meaningful feedback on how desirable our product is and how much people will be willing to pay for our value proposition.
