The day was spent roaming Hong Kong to familiarize students with the diversity of the city. The five teams were tasked with a number of activities. Equipped with a day travel card and HKD 200 for 3 persons, teams visited Ladies Market, Sham Shui Po Market (for electronics). They found some cheap accommodation at Chung King Mansion (HKD 250 for a 3 bed-room), not too far from the Peninsula. After crossing the harbour with Star Ferry the teams made it to their final destination (Repulse Bay) almost on time.
On the way back all the teams made it just on time for the 8PM lightshow on Central before heading for a well-deserved Korean BBQ dinner. The night was still young so many headed to Lan Kwai Fong for some improbable concert at The Fringe.
