In the last weeks the whole team brainstormed in order to find a name for our product that could represent it and at the same time represent the team’s mindset. Several interesting ideas came out, but one got clearly favored by all of us:
Livelo
Originating from the italian noun livello, it clearly illustrates the functionality of our device. It also satisfies the other criteria as for example to sound good, and looking esthetic.
Later Elise, our interaction designer, worked to develop a logo and a branding. The colors and the lines in the pattern remind of the level curves of a groundwater map.
