Hello CHIC community!
Yesterday evening we finally had the chance to proceed with our first meeting! After a great dinner together, where each one of us contributed in bringing various food and drinks, we officially started our first Chircle meeting.
Starting with explaining our values and position for this project helped to get a broader idea of everyone’s expectations. We agreed on the following common objective: we wish to push our work towards finding solutions for a healthier environment at work (considering also nowadays’ alternative ways of working).
We therefore set checklists for the following meetings which will take place from now on every Tuesday evening. For the following weeks we will concentrate our energy on visiting companies and interviewing people to get real-world data about workspaces and the way they function. This will therefore help us to start our project with a more realistic point of view.
Finally, I can say that the group cohesion at the end of the meeting was very energetic and motivating. We all left with the feeling of having made one more step towards the project. Although there are many more steps awaiting for us…
