Last Tuesday we decided to turn our weekly meeting into a less formal meeting. Instead of our regular meeting routine, we had a game night to celebrate Milestone 1. Taking a little break as a team turned out to be a great idea after a very busy milestone week. It did not mean to us just as a fun night, but it was simultaneously a good opportunity to share more personal moments, which greatly helps CHIRCLE to strengthen the team bonding!
Not only we had fun cooking together and playing some games, but also we took some time to debrief about our first milestone. In the nice house atmosphere every member of the team gave feedback on each other for individual performance during the pitching.
With the energy of our best team building event yet, Chircle is ready to tackle the new challenges and improve our concept product, InOff!
